Cognideep builds privacy-first software. This policy covers our website and company communications. Each app has its own privacy policy — for our Lumi app, see the Lumi privacy policy.

Our website

Our website is informational. We do not require an account, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and reliability; these are not used to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share, and we use it only to respond to you. We don't sell or share your contact details.

Our apps

Our apps are designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. Where an app differs, its own in-app/store privacy policy is the authoritative source.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you (typically just prior emails) and to request its deletion.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change accordingly.
