These terms cover your use of the Cognideep website. Use of our apps is also governed by the relevant app-store terms and each app's own notices.

Use of this site

This website is provided for general information about Cognideep and our products. You may browse and share it freely. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Our products

Our apps are tools intended to help, not guarantees. In particular, Lumi is a harm-reduction aid: it does not measure impairment and never indicates that it is safe to drive. Always use your own judgement and follow the law — if you've been drinking, don't drive.

Intellectual property

The Cognideep and Lumi names, logos, text, and graphics are owned by Cognideep unless otherwise stated. Third-party names (e.g. Google Play, Uber, Lyft, OpenStreetMap) belong to their respective owners.

No warranty & liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cognideep is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change accordingly.
